Return Policy
10-Day Return Window
Wonderful Widgets accepts returns from its customers for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your order.
How to Start a Return
- 1Email Will@wonderfulwidgets.com or call 1-800-734-6142 with your order number, the date you received the goods, and your contact information.
- 2We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- 3Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Refund Process
If the unit is returned complete (all parts included), we will issue a full credit within 48 hours of receipt.
If the unit is incomplete, we will contact you and share what was not received. You may choose either: (1) a refund minus our costs to replace the missing part, or (2) send us the missing part and receive a full refund.
Manufacturer's Warranty
After the 10-day return window, a 1-year manufacturer's warranty is in force for any defect in the product. Prinker will manage that process directly.
